They gave me a stylish and spotless room with a king bed as well as a breathtaking view. The breakfast had a huge variety of options: toast, pancakes, and eggs. Its location was stunning, right by Scotland, the center of Oban and a real Scottish castle. Besides, Purdie's of Oban was 3 km away from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay in the family room with two king beds, which was perfect for us traveling with the grandparents! The beautiful garden and cozy breakfast nook were amazing spots to relax and enjoy our time together. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but it didn't really dampen our experience. 😊

Charming Stay with Amazing Views
We had a good night in a spacious family room with fine mountain views. The hospitality was warm, and while the bathroom could use an update, the period charm added to the experience. Don't miss the breakfast-it's a highlight!

Really good hosts and amazing views
I loved the charming décor and the little whimsical touches around the hotel. The breakfast was not just satisfying but also catered to various dietary needs, which I greatly appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a few more activity options on-site to explore more without venturing too far from the house.

Perfect for families with children
The breakfast was AMAZING! Made to order and fresh every morning, just like a dream. Plus, we loved the location. My kid was in heaven feeding the free-roaming alpacas and peacocks roaming all over the grounds!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the experience was worth it.

The villa was fine, with exquisite decor that felt magazine-worthy. Paul was a gracious host, eager to share the home's history, and the breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, boasting items like cured meats. Family-friendly touches, such as cozy slippers and a well-prepared tea set, elevated our experience. Although the space was vast, it could benefit from enhancing the children's play area.

Oh, the breakfast was a culinary delight! It was hands down the best I've ever had-freshly sourced ingredients and cooked to perfection! Plus, the fine location with alpacas and peacocks strutting around made for a magical atmosphere.
Just a cheeky note-finding staff was a bit tricky at times, and we had a bit of confusion about the included drinks upon check-in.
